What you’ll need for class:
- Three-ring binder
- Folder
- Pencils
- You will be required to maintain a binder for this class, which will include HW, daily notes, and any handouts that are distributed during the class period. DO NOT THROW ANYTHING OUT. You can use all of this material to study for any assessments.

Make Up Work:
- If you are absent, it is YOUR responsibility to get the notes (any missed handouts will be available when you return in the “Missed Work” bin or online on your student’s Oncourse Classroom ).
- If you are absent the day of a quiz or test you have 1 week to make it up. If you fail to do so you will receive a 0.
Homework:
- Homework is assigned daily and will be checked during class (all work must be shown to receive credit). Late work is not accepted for credit unless you are absent on the day that it is due.
Do Now/ Exit Pass:
- At the beginning of each period, you will complete the Do Now for that day and we will go over it. Likewise, often, we will complete Exit Passes at the end of class based on material presented that day. Be sure to complete and submit these classwork assignments, as they will be checked. If you do not submit the classwork in a timely fashion, you will not receive credit for that day.
Extra help:
- Extra help is always available. Please make arrangements if you have any problems and/or questions!
Expectations:
1. RESPECT
2.NO ELECTRONICS, outside your school issued Chromebooks! This includes cell phones, gaming devices, headphones etc. If any unauthorized device is being used during class, it will be confiscated. School policy states that any electronic confiscated must be retrieved in the main office by a parent/guardian.
3. If you are not in your seat and working on the Do Now, you WILL be marked late.
5 lates = 2 after school detentions
10 lates= 1 Saturday detention
15 lates= 1 In School Suspension
20 lates= Loss of credit
